We are seeking a creative and proactive Marketing Specialist to enhance our brand visibility and establish us as the go-to partner for EOR, staffing, and recruitment services in the UAE.

Location: Bengaluru or Noida (Onsite).

Key Responsibilities:

- Content Creation & Strategy: Develop and execute compelling content strategies that resonate with our target audience, showcasing our expertise in EOR, staffing, and recruitment services.

- Digital Advertising Campaigns: Manage and optimize LinkedIn campaigns and digital ads to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.

- SEO & Google Ads Management: Implement and oversee SEO strategies and Google Ads campaigns to ensure consistent first-page rankings on Google and increased online visibility.

- Brand Positioning: Utilize strategic marketing techniques, including reverse psychology, to position our company as a solution provider rather than just another service vendor.

- Graphic Design & Artwork: Create visually appealing artwork and graphics for digital campaigns, newsletters, and other marketing materials.

- Newsletter & Campaign Management: Design and distribute engaging newsletters and campaigns to keep our audience informed and engaged.

- Competitive Analysis: Conduct thorough market research and competitive analysis to inform marketing strategies and improve execution.

- Sales Support: Collaborate with the sales team to create impactful presentations and support sales initiatives.

Qualifications:

- Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn campaigns.

- Strong graphic design skills and proficiency in design tools.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically.

- Experience in the UAE market is preferred.
