Job Description: - To identify and implement company's marketing & sales promotion activities. - Design, develop and maintain the company's website and its content in coordination with Web Design Company / Agency. Also book advertisement, negotiate with publishers, and prepare art work & related activities. - Design and develop marketing collaterals which includes power point presentation, corporate video, product video, sales scripts, CD & pen drive for sales promotion, album, training video, sample book etc. - Visualize, design and write content for Brochure, Press release, Company website, Newsletters, online promotions. - Responsible for drafting write ups about the Company & its products. - Ensure PR coverage of Company, its products and events. - Coordinate with various agencies to develop corporate video and product videos. - Identify relevant exhibitions/seminars and participate. - Develop creative & engaging social media strategies. - Handle LinkedIn / Facebook accounts of the company. - Manage a budget for social media activities - Manage & facilitate social media communication by responding to social media posts & developing discussions wherever required - Analyst competitor activity - Participate in related exhibitions across India & overseas. Exhibition stand design, managing the complete exhibition / event. - Set target to increase our brand awareness & increase customer engagement - Educate other staff (if required)on the use of social media & promote its use within our company (in - house role) - Regularly liaise with clients (Agency role) - Form key relationship with influencers across the social media platform - Any other roles & responsibilities as advised by the management. Qualities Required : - Excellent written communication skills (English Medium Education from KG STD). - Technical Content writing skills for brochures, product & website. - Exposure to ATL/BTL/TTL activities. - Creative thinking & Presentation skill. - Convincing and Negotiation skill. - Willing to travel extensively for exhibitions / seminars etc. at short notice. - Will participate in more than 10 exhibitions in a year.
