Trade Marketing  - Support and facilitate language response teams by developing, implementing and tracking a comprehensive calendar of 360 degree engagement plans targeting leading advertisers / media agencies.  - Participate in annual business plan. Develop strategic marketing plan for the brands based on consumer and business understanding for building effective brand equity .  - Monitor competitive activities, brand health and brand share. Propose action to defend against competitive initiatives   - Act as a business manager for the assigned markets and identify opportunities to improve business performance on parameters like profitability and revenues   Consumer Insights  - Thoroughly understand the local consumers and develop brand strategies based on sound consumer insight  - Work with in-house and external research team to continuously deepen the consumer understanding, cascade the consumer learning to Advertising Agency, within internal system.  Communication   - Integrated brand communications (solution selling) - Offering and implementing innovations / solutions across language brands in tandem with all the group media vehicles / touch points is key to driving engagement and share of spend by leading advertisers  - Monitor execution progress and recommend corrective marketing actions as needed   - Develop interactivity tools for engaging the urban reader by way of print, mobile and online. This requires effective integration of language digital assets (online newspaper, social media), activations (events and on ground properties), Radio Mirchi, Times OOH, etc.  Media & Events   - Work closely with media agencies, radio and outdoor partners to generate and execute plans to support activities to increase brand visibility by organizing events and brand promotions   - Work closely with event management agencies to conceptualize and execute brand activities   - Monitor execution of assigned projects and ensure prompt delivery in relation to overall marketing schedule   Editorial Coordination   - Work closely with the editorial team to ensure that our product champions the brand values and to get maximum visibility for marketing activities  - High degree of creative ideation/conceptualization   - Demonstrated excellence in carrying forward a plan to execution   - High level of strategic thinking   - Ability to manage and lead teams   - Comfort with managerial finance   - Ability to work with various functions   - MBA from one of the Top B-School with 7-10 Years of Experience
