THIS ROLE IS FOR A CLIENT IN THE B2B SaaS SPACE. IT'S AN OFFICE GOING ROLE IN HSR LAYOUT, BANGALORE.
The company is looking for a versatile Generalist Marketer to spearhead marketing initiatives, lead event strategies, boost brand visibility, generate leads, and support customer engagement. This is an ideal role for a proactive, strategic marketer who thrives in a dynamic startup environment and can juggle content, product marketing, event coordination, and demand generation.
Responsibilities:
Content & Product Marketing:
- Design and implement content strategies such as thought leadership articles, case studies, blog posts, product messaging, and sales one-pagers.
- Collaborate with sales and product teams to sharpen positioning and improve enablement assets.
- Own the creation of marketing materials that support outbound efforts and customer outreach.
Events & Community Engagement
- Organize micro-events such as private dinners and networking gatherings to build relationships with underwriters, brokers, and carriers.
- Develop and grow a vibrant community through outreach and valuable content.
- Elevate the impact of events and community initiatives through media coverage, PR, and industry recognition
Demand Generation & Sales Alignment
- Run targeted campaigns to generate qualified leads.
- Work in sync with the sales team to maintain a healthy pipeline.
- Contribute to ABM (Account-Based Marketing) strategies with thoughtful content and outreach.
Marketing Funnel & Lead Nurturing
- Track and report on funnel metrics, creating dashboards that surface actionable insights.
- Use data to uncover trends, segment opportunities, and guide the GTM strategy.
- Build email campaigns tailored to CRM segments to convert warm leads into demo-ready opportunities.
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience working with the U.S. market in content creation, product marketing, lead generation, and campaign execution (preferably within B2B SaaS).
- Previous startup experience-comfortable in a fast-moving, growth-focused environment.
- Demonstrated ability to plan and manage industry events such as conferences, executive roundtables, and networking events.
Proficiency in:
- Marketing automation platforms like HubSpot
- Analytics tools such as Google Analytics and Tag Manager
- Strong copywriting, design sensibility, and UX awareness
