Job Title: Marketing Program Manager

Location: Gurgaon, NCR, New Delhi, working to support India and US time (2:00pm to 10:00pm IST)

Type: Full-Time

Reports To: Director of Customer Success

About the Role:

We're looking for an organized, strategic, and cross-functional Marketing Program Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing initiatives across our organization. This role is ideal for someone who can connect the dots between strategy and execution-managing timelines, aligning stakeholders, and ensuring marketing programs are delivered on time and with measurable impact.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and manage end-to-end marketing programs, including campaign planning, execution, tracking, and post-campaign analysis.

- Collaborate with content, design, digital, and product marketing teams to align programs with business goals and brand strategy.

- Serve as the project lead for multi-channel campaigns across email, social, web, paid media, and events.

- Create and maintain detailed project timelines, workflows, and documentation to ensure smooth execution and accountability.

- Coordinate with sales, product, and other departments to ensure campaigns are well-integrated and properly supported.

- Monitor and analyze performance metrics, providing regular reporting and recommendations for improvement.

- Manage vendor relationships, budgets, and resources to execute campaigns effectively.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing program/project management.

- Strong understanding of integrated marketing campaigns and digital marketing best practices.

- Excellent organizational, time management, and cross-functional collaboration skills.

- Proficient in project management tools such as Monday.com

- Analytical mindset with experience using tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar.

- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working in B2B, Managed Services, SaaS or tech-driven environments.

- Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g., Marketo, Pardot, HubSpot).

- Agile or Scrum certification is a plus.
