Marketing Operations Analyst

Experience : 2 - 5 years

Work Mode : Hybrid

Location : Bengaluru

Roles and responsibilities:

- Maintain and enhance workflows that power our test drive programs

- Monitor day-to-day operations to ensure seamless execution and quick resolution of any issues

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve operational efficiency and customer experience for test drives

- Build reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs and deliver actionable insights to stakeholders

- Identify manual, repetitive tasks and implement automation solutions to increase team efficiency

- Act as the main liaison between marketing, sales, and IT for all technology ops projects

Qualifications:

- Degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field

- 2-4 years of experience in marketing operations, business operations, or technical support roles

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with expertise in tools like Excel, SQL, and Google
Sheets, or Looker/Tableau

- Familiarity with marketing automation tools and CRMs (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Marketo)

- Excellent project management and communication skills

Nice to have:

- Certification in marketing automation platforms

- Experience with ABM platforms (e.g., Demandbase, 6sense)
