Marketing Manager - Tech/SaaS/IT Solutions Firm

We are working on Marketing Manager for a bootstrapped IT solutions company on a high-growth trajectory, This role is ideal for someone with a strong background in tech marketing, or has worked in at tech company who thrives in a startup environment, and is eager to build and execute impactful marketing strategies.

This role will be acting as Head of Marketing and will be overseeing entire marketing function.

- As the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for brand positioning, digital campaigns, content marketing, lead generation, and strategic growth initiatives that drive business success.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with business goals.

- Oversee all brand-building, digital marketing, content marketing, and demand generation activities.

- Drive lead generation and customer acquisition through performance marketing and SEO strategies.

- Work closely with sales and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business needs.

- Manage and optimize social media, PR, and influencer collaborations to enhance brand visibility.

- Analyze marketing metrics and campaign performance to ensure ROI-driven decision-making.

- Keep up with the latest tech industry trends, competitive analysis, and customer insights to refine strategies.

Key Requirements:

- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in a tech company, SaaS, or IT solutions firm.

- Proven track record in growth marketing, digital campaigns, and branding.

- Strong understanding of SEO, content marketing, PPC, and performance analytics.

- Hands-on experience with marketing automation tools, CRM platforms, and analytics dashboards.

- Startup mindset - self-driven, adaptable, and willing to take ownership.

- Excellent communication and leadership skills to drive cross-functional collaboration.
