Role Summary:

The Marketing Manager will own and drive end-to-end marketing initiatives with a strong focus on brand building, demand support for sales, and market visibility. This role will work closely with sales, leadership, and external agencies to strengthen ARAs Clients presence across digital, content, events, and partnerships. The position is based on site in Pune.

Key Responsibilities:

- Own and manage all social media handles, including content planning, posting cadence, and performance tracking

- Coordinate with external agencies for content creation across social media, blogs, PR, magazines, and media placements

- Curate and refine vendor-produced content while providing strong creative direction

- Lead SEO initiatives in collaboration with external partners and agencies

- Contribute to and maintain brand identity and design themes across all marketing collateral

- Collect, analyze, and report quantitative and qualitative data from marketing campaigns

- Conduct market and competitive research; identify potential collaboration and partnership opportunities

- Support and execute marketing events such as exhibitions, trade shows, and award functions

- Prepare high-impact promotional and sales-support presentations

Must-Have Qualifications:

- 7+ years of professional marketing experience

- Strong communication and presentation skills

- Proven experience working closely with sales teams and supporting revenue objectives

- B2B marketing experience

- Experience with CRM tools such as Salesforce

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Nice-to-Have Skills:

- Familiarity with marketing intelligence tools such as Slintel and LinkedIn

- Hands-on experience with design tools (Adobe Suite, Affinity Suite, Canva, Gamma)

- Exposure to the robotics, automation, logistics, or warehousing industries
