We're hiring for a dynamic role on the Communications team at ONDC, offering the opportunity to build and scale a creator community from the ground up. You will drive awareness of ONDC's value proposition by identifying, onboarding, and managing a network of micro-influencers across India. This role combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution, working closely with internal teams, external creators, and ecosystem partners to amplify ONDC's reach and drive traffic/conversions to our buyer app ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities:
Performance Driven
- Community Building: Build and scale ONDC-owned communities across Instagram (grow to 1M+ followers ) and WhatsApp that drive measurable user actions and transactions on ONDC- enabled buyer apps, contributing directly to conversion, repeat usage, and GMV growth.
- Campaign Management: Design and execute influencer marketing campaigns that highlight ONDC's advantages and drive customer acquisition to buyer apps.
- Content Strategy: Develop content briefs, guidelines, and creative frameworks that align with ONDC's brand voice while empowering creators to tell authentic stories.
- Budget Management: Own and optimize influencer marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective partnerships and maximum ROAS.
- Performance Tracking: Monitor campaign performance metrics (category order growth numbers) and generate insights to refine strategy.
- Relationship Management: Build strong relationships with creators, ensuring timely delivery, quality content, and sustained engagement with the ONDC ecosystem.
Candidate Profile:
- Bachelor's degree with 2-4 years of experience in digital or performance marketing at high-growth startups.
- Proven track record in influencer marketing, community building, or creator partnerships.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track, measure, and optimize campaign performance.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, comfortable working with diverse stakeholders.
- Hands-on, execution-oriented mindset with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
- Familiarity with social media platforms, influencer marketing tools, and content trends in the Indian market.
