About the Role


We are seeking a talented and driven Marketing Manager to lead our B2B marketing initiatives across international markets. This fully remote position offers the opportunity to work on exciting projects in a fast-growing, collaborative environment. The ideal candidate will be fluent in English and German, with hands-on experience in digital marketing, campaign management, and content creation.


Key Responsibilities


- Develop, execute, and optimize B2B marketing campaigns targeting SaaS, tech, logistics, or transport industries.

- Manage digital advertising efforts through Google Ads and LinkedIn Campaign Manager to generate leads and increase brand visibility.

- Oversee and maintain the companys branding strategy, ensuring consistent messaging across all channels.

- Create engaging content for multiple platforms, including website, email, and social media.

- Design creative assets using Canva or other design tools to support marketing campaigns.

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to produce case studies, blog posts, and promotional materials.

- Manage targeted email marketing campaigns using Mailchimp, including audience segmentation and performance tracking.

- Monitor analytics and campaign metrics to measure ROI and optimize strategies.

- Conduct competitor and market analysis to identify growth opportunities.


- Use data-driven insights to refine marketing strategies and improve campaign performance.

- Work closely with sales, product, and leadership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.

- Contribute to building and shaping the marketing department, including processes and best practices.


Requirements


- Languages: Fluency in English and German (both written and spoken).

- Experience: Minimum 2 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in SaaS, tech, logistics, or transport industries.

- Google Ads

- LinkedIn Campaign Manager

- Mailchimp

- Canva (or equivalent design tools)

- Strong creativity paired with analytical thinking.

- Excellent communication and organizational skills.

- Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

- Bonus Skills: Experience in SEO, branding strategy, and online community engagement.
