Role Overview

We are hiring an experienced Marketing Manager Digital Marketing for a leading retail brand based in Gurgaon. This is a high-impact role responsible for driving end-to-end digital marketing strategy and execution, with a strong focus on customer acquisition, growth, visibility, and ROI.

The role requires a hands-on digital marketing leader with proven experience working exclusively with retail brands, capable of managing agencies, leveraging data, and collaborating closely with internal stakeholders to scale digital performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Digital Marketing Strategy & Execution

- Own and execute the end-to-end digital marketing strategy aligned with business and brand goals.

- Drive digital initiatives across performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, CRM, and brand-led campaigns.

- Plan and manage digital calendars, campaigns, and launches across platforms.

Performance Marketing & Customer Acquisition

- Lead paid marketing channels including Google, Meta, marketplaces, and other performance platforms.

- Drive customer acquisition, traffic, conversions, and ROAS.

- Monitor CAC, LTV, funnel metrics, and continuously optimize spends for efficiency and scale.

Social Media & Brand Campaigns

- Oversee social media strategy, content planning, and campaign execution.

- Collaborate with creative and content teams to ensure strong brand storytelling online.

- Support integrated brand campaigns across digital touchpoints.

SEO / SEM & Website Growth

- Drive SEO strategy, keyword performance, and organic traffic growth.

- Manage SEM campaigns to improve visibility, rankings, and conversions.

- Partner with tech and product teams to improve website performance and UX.

CRM, Retention & Lifecycle Marketing

- Own CRM and lifecycle marketing initiatives including email, SMS, WhatsApp, and app communication.

- Drive repeat purchases, retention, and customer lifetime value.

- Use data and segmentation to personalize communication.

Agency & Stakeholder Management

- Manage and coordinate with digital, media, creative, and performance agencies.

- Work closely with internal teams including brand, e-commerce, retail, merchandising, and finance.

- Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to leadership.

Analytics, Reporting & ROI

- Track and analyze digital KPIs using dashboards and reports.

- Measure campaign ROI and marketing effectiveness.

- Use data-driven insights to improve decision-making and performance.

Key Performance Areas (KRAs):

- Customer acquisition and digital revenue growth

- Performance marketing efficiency (ROAS, CAC, LTV)

- Website traffic, conversion rates, and engagement

- CRM effectiveness and repeat purchase metrics

- Digital campaign ROI and brand visibility

- Agency performance and execution quality

Ideal Candidate Profile:

Must-Have

- 5 to 14 years of experience in digital marketing within retail brands only

- Strong hands-on experience in performance marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and CRM

- Proven ability to drive online customer acquisition and growth

- Experience managing multiple agencies and stakeholders

- Strong analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making

Good-to-Have

- Experience in omnichannel or D2C retail environments

- Exposure to e-commerce growth and funnel optimization

- Strong presentation and leadership communication skills
