About:
- Come up with new product ideas and create strong marketing strategies to promote them everywhere (ads, social media, packaging, retail, digital etc.).
- Take ownership of the brand - define its vision, goals, and plans, and ensure the company achieves them.
- Study the market: track competitors, research what customers want, and find new opportunities or challenges.
- Manage the marketing budget - plan campaigns, monitor performance (ROI), and make improvements for better results.
- Lead all creative work for the brand - from ad campaigns, social media, packaging, websites, to digital promotions.
- Run digital campaigns to generate leads, boost brand awareness, and engage users.
- Improve the company website & social media presence to promote projects.
- Support sales & business development teams with presentations and marketing material.
What kind of person they want (Candidate Profile):
- 6+ years' experience in strategy & marketing (preferably in real estate or with a strategic partner).
- Strong communication & teamwork skills to coordinate across different departments.
- Experience in analytics, planning & project management with structured organizations.
- Ability to create and run go-to-market strategies for new launches and ongoing projects.
- Comfortable using technology to track sales, measure performance, and make improvements.
