Role Overview: We are looking for a Marketing Manager with strong expertise in offline marketing and brand activation to drive awareness, engagement, and customer acquisition through on-ground campaigns. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in ATL, BTL, retail, and event marketing, with the ability to plan and execute campaigns that complement digital efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
Offline Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute ATL and BTL marketing campaigns, including print, outdoor, radio, events, and partnerships.
- Drive on-ground activations, in-store branding, and local market promotions to enhance brand visibility.
- Plan and manage retail branding, POS materials, and trade marketing initiatives.
- Coordinate with agencies, vendors, and creative teams to ensure timely and cost-effective execution.
Campaign Planning & Measurement
- Identify target geographies, channels, and consumer touchpoints for maximum impact.
- Define campaign goals, budgets, and timelines; track ROI and performance metrics.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure effectiveness and optimize future initiatives.
Brand & Communication
- Ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all offline touchpoints.
- Collaborate with creative and media agencies to develop impactful communication assets.
- Support product launches and regional marketing efforts with localized campaigns.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, and digital marketing teams for 360 campaign integration.
- Liaise with channel partners, distributors, or franchisees to support co-branded marketing efforts.
Budget & Vendor Management
- Manage marketing budgets, ensure efficient spend allocation, and negotiate vendor contracts.
- Build a reliable network of event agencies, printing vendors, and media partners.
Qualifications & Experience:
Education: MBA/PGDM in Marketing or a related field.
Experience: 3-5 years in marketing, with at least 3 years in offline marketing, events, or trade marketing.
- Proven experience in planning and executing on-ground campaigns for consumer brands.
- Strong understanding of media planning, local marketing, and brand activation.
- Excellent project management, negotiation, and communication skills.
