Marketing Manager - NGO/Social Sector

We're Hiring: Marketing Manager

Preferred Location: Mumbai | Social Sector | Impact-Driven Role

We're looking for a Marketing Manager to lead communication, storytelling, and brand presence for a growing social sector organization.

What you'll do:

- Drive internal & external communications across teams and stakeholders

- Own and grow LinkedIn & digital presence

- Build compelling stories around program impact & beneficiary journeys

- Lead communication for key initiatives like Pragati

- Support thought leadership, roundtables & events

- Engage and communicate with volunteer communities (India & US)

Who should apply?

- 5-8 years in marketing, communications, or storytelling

- Strong writing & narrative-building skills

- Experience managing LinkedIn or digital platforms

- Ability to simplify complex program work into impactful communication

- Structured, proactive, and detail-oriented

- Social Sector / NGO experience is mandatory
