Role Overview

We are seeking a seasoned Marketing Manager with 5 to 8 years of experience to lead comprehensive offline retail marketing initiatives for luxury, premium, or lifestyle brands.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in campaign execution, loyalty programs, VIP engagement, and media relations, enabling them to design and deliver high-impact 360 marketing campaigns that drive measurable ROI and elevate brand presence.


Key Responsibilities


- Lead end-to-end execution of 360 marketing campaigns including launches, promotions, and flagship unveilings across offline retail channels.


- Develop and manage loyalty programs, VIP engagement strategies, and direct marketing initiatives (email, WhatsApp, SMS).

- Build and maintain strong relationships with fashion and lifestyle media, influencers, and PR agencies; oversee PR value and share of voice tracking.

- Successfully plan and execute events, in-store activations, and celebrity/influencer engagements.

- Use data-driven insights to track and optimize key KPIs including foot traffic, conversions, CTR, and social media growth.

- Collaborate cross-functionally with retail, operations, digital, merchandising, and global/local brand teams to ensure marketing alignment and brand consistency.


Qualifications & Skills

Essential (Must-Have)

- 5+ years in corporate marketing roles, preferably with large businesses or luxury/premium/lifestyle brands.

- Strong offline retail marketing expertise and a deep understanding of Indian consumer behavior.

- Proven experience managing 360 campaign execution with measurable ROI.

- Experience with loyalty programs, VIP engagement, and direct marketing channels.

- Established network with fashion/lifestyle media and influencers; proficient in PR metrics.

- Track record of successful event and in-store activation execution, including celebrity/influencer engagement.

- Data-oriented with skills in tracking and analyzing KPIs.

- Strong cross-functional collaboration experience.

Preferred (Good-to-Have)

- Prior experience with luxury brands in jewelry, fashion, or beauty.

- Exposure to e-commerce, social media, and digital marketing campaigns.

- Crisis communication and reputation management knowledge.

- MBA from a reputed institute with strong academic credentials.
