Reporting To: Brand Director
Role Objective
To drive brand growth and customer engagement by implementing seamless, consistent, and timely marketing communication across all channels; elevating in-store experience and digital presence; strengthening vendor and partner relationships; and leveraging data-driven insights to inform and optimize future brand strategies.
Key Responsibilities
1. Managing Marketing Communication
- Ensure all brand communication-both online and offline-is consistent, accurate, and aligned with approved brand guidelines.
- Oversee the creation of design and copy for marketing creatives across platforms such as in-store displays, social media, website, WhatsApp, and digital channels.
- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to maintain a unified brand voice.
2. Marketing Execution Excellence
- Execute all marketing activities, creatives, and collateral rollouts in a timely and error-free manner.
- Coordinate with operations and store teams to ensure alignment and readiness prior to campaign rollouts.
- Proactively identify and correct communication errors while ensuring brand integrity is maintained.
3. In-store Experience & Visual Merchandising
- Conduct regular store visits to gather customer insights and recommend improvements that enhance in-store experience.
- Ensure visual merchandising across all stores is consistently aligned with brand standards.
- Take prompt action to replace outdated or damaged display elements.
- Conduct bi-weekly visual merchandising checks to maintain consistency and quality.
4. Planning, Reporting & Analysis
- Develop comprehensive monthly marketing execution plans, outlining timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
- Prepare monthly marketing performance reports covering activities, expenses, ROA, sales data, key insights, and learnings.
- Use data analytics and historical performance trends to refine and optimize future marketing strategies.
5. Partners & Vendors Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with brand partners and collaborators to ensure seamless information flow.
- Coordinate with vendors and agencies across packaging, print, creative design, digital marketing, and PR.
- Manage influencer collaborations and media coordination in partnership with the PR agency.
6. Brand Development
- Create clear, brand-aligned creative briefs for agencies covering imagery, design, messaging, and copy requirements.
- Plan and execute photoshoots as per the content calendar to develop digital assets aligned with brand direction.
- Support continuous brand evolution through thoughtful and data-backed initiatives.
7. Leadership & Personal Attributes
- Serve as a brand advocate, ensuring all deliverables meet the highest standards of quality and detail.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional marketing teams, sharing insights and offering support as needed.
- Lead, mentor, and develop the marketing team to encourage accountability, ownership, and high performance.
- Stay abreast of emerging technologies, tools, trends, and market developments to refine marketing strategies.
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master's preferred).
- 6 to 8 years of experience in marketing, brand management, or retail marketing, preferably in premium or luxury brands.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, visual merchandising, and creative development.
- Experience managing external agencies, vendors, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in marketing analytics and campaign performance tracking.
