Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Product & Brand Marketing:
- Drive marketing strategy and go-to-market planning for across trauma, surgery, and wound care verticals.
- Develop positioning, clinical messaging, and storytelling aligned with both clinician and institutional buyer personas.
- Plan and execute product launches, KOL engagement, and education programs in partnership with medical aLairs.
- Manage product lifecycle marketing including updates to claims, packaging, and sales tools.
Digital Marketing:
- Own and execute digital campaigns (SEO/SEM, email marketing, paid media, webinars, and influencer outreach).
- Manage brand presence across digital platforms including website, social media (LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube), and e-commerce partners.
- Use tools like Google Ads, HubSpot, Meta Business Suite, Mailchimp, and Google Analytics to drive lead generation and conversion.
- Measure campaign ROI and optimize digital strategies based on data and insights.
Sales Enablement:
- Create high-quality sales materials including brochures, digital visual aids, case studies, and product training content.
- Work closely with the sales team to support on-ground promotions, hospital demos, and distributor programs.
- Coordinate clinical campaigns, trade shows, and workshops to strengthen brand visibility.
Market Intelligence & Strategy:
- Conduct competitor benchmarking and market analysis to support strategic planning.
- Gather and synthesize feedback from field teams, clinicians, and patients to enhance product positioning and value proposition.
- Identify growth opportunities across geographies, customer segments, and usecases.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelors/masters in Life Sciences / Biomedical Engineering / Pharmacy
- MBA in Marketing, Healthcare Management, or Digital Marketing preferred.
- 4 to 8 years of marketing experience in advanced wound care, trauma, or medical devices.
- Proven ability to develop integrated marketing campaigns and product strategies.
- Strong grasp of digital marketing tools and platforms with an analytical approach to optimization.
- Excellent communication, cross-functional collaboration, and project management skills.
