Role: Marketing Manager - Healthcare / Rehab

Experience: 3-8 Years

Location: Hyderabad (Full-time, Work from Office)

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop and execute marketing strategies to strengthen brand presence in the healthcare and rehabilitation industry

- Plan and manage digital, offline, and field marketing campaigns to generate leads and enhance patient/client engagement

- Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to deliver effective promotional activities

- Drive awareness campaigns targeting doctors, rehab specialists, hospitals, and patient communities

- Manage marketing budgets and ensure ROI-driven campaigns

- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and trend identification to create data-backed strategies

- Support business development teams with branding and lead-generation initiatives

- Track, measure, and report campaign performance with actionable insights

Key Skills & Competencies:

- Strong exposure to healthcare, rehabilitation, or wellness marketing preferred

- Proven expertise in digital marketing, SEO/SEM, and social media campaigns

- Excellent skills in content creation, brand communication, and campaign management

- Strong networking abilities and relationships with healthcare/rehab professionals (preferred)

- Ability to think strategically and execute with precision

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field

- 3-8 years of relevant experience in healthcare/rehab marketing
