
Description: Marketing Manager. Location Malleshwaram, Bengaluru. We are looking for a skilled Marketing Manager to lead end-to-end marketing for a healthcare organization. The ideal candidate will drive strategic planning, brand growth, digital performance, community engagement, and overall marketing excellence.
Responsibilities:
- Strategy and Planning: Build and implement marketing strategies aligned with organizational goals.
- Campaign Management: Manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, print, outdoor, and on-ground activations.
- Digital Leadership: Oversee website performance, social media strategy, SEO and SEM, and online reputation.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams, doctors, and management to identify target audiences and opportunities.
- Community Engagement: Plan outreach programs, health camps, and corporate tie-ups to increase patient footfall.
- Content and Collateral: Guide the creation of marketing materials and digital content.
- Performance and ROI: Analyze campaign performance and present ROI reports.
- Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all activities follow ethical and healthcare marketing guidelines.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team.
- Vendor Management: Manage relationships with agencies and media partners.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitals, or pharmaceuticals.
- Strong understanding of healthcare consumer behavior and digital marketing practices.
- Proficiency in digital tools, analytics platforms, and CRM systems.
- Strong communication, leadership, and project management skills.
- Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
