Only candidates with prior startup experience, strong B2B marketing and demand-generation background, and exposure to the US market should apply
Key Responsibilities:
1. Demand Generation & Performance Marketing (Execution Focus)
- Paid Media Management: Manage, optimize, and scale Google Ads (AdWords) campaigns targeting high-intent, bottom-of-funnel keywords (e.g., Competitor Alternatives, AI testing tools). Focus heavily on achieving target Cost Per Qualified Lead (CPQL) metrics.
- CRO & Funnel Optimization: Analyze website performance, implement A/B tests on landing pages, and optimize CTAs to increase the conversion rate from website visitor to Marketing Qualified Lead (MQL) and Sales Qualified Lead (SQL).
- Content Distribution: Execute the distribution strategy for high-value assets (whitepapers, e-books) across relevant channels (LinkedIn, technical forums, paid campaigns) to fuel the lead funnel.
2. Technical Content & SEO (Strategic Focus):
- Technical Content Strategy: Own the editorial calendar and content production process. Collaborate directly with Product Managers and Engineers to translate complex features (e.g., self-healing, NLP generation) into business value content for the technical buyer (QA Managers, VPs of Engineering).
- SEO Execution: Manage the SEO strategy, including technical site health, content optimization for high-intent keywords (e.g., "no-code test automation," "flaky test reduction"), and internal link structure.
- Website Management: Serve as the primary owner for content updates and maintenance of the corporate website. (Direct WordPress knowledge is highly preferred and a major advantage.)
3. Sales Enablement & GTM Operations
- GTM Strategy Implementation: Act as the internal owner of the GTM strategy, ensuring alignment across sales, product, and marketing operations. Assist in launching new product features or service lines.
- Sales Collateral: Create, update, and manage core sales enablement materials, including the competitive Battlecard Suite and the standardized Positioning Deck, ensuring the entire sales team is fluent in the BotGauge value proposition.
- MarTech Stack Management: Ensure the marketing and sales tech stack (CRM, Marketing Automation) is integrated, data is clean, and leads are properly scored and handed over to the SDR team.

- Experience: 8-10+ years of progressive marketing experience, with at least 4 years spent in a B2B SaaS environment.
- B2B Expertise: Proven track record of defining, launching, and managing complex digital marketing campaigns focused on lead generation and pipeline growth (not just brand awareness).
- Technical Acumen (Required): Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex technical products (DevOps, QA, AI, or Developer Tools) to a technical and a business audience.
Digital Skills (Highly Desired):
- WordPress: Hands-on experience managing and maintaining B2B corporate websites on the WordPress platform.
- PPC/AdWords: Direct experience managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns (BoFu, Competitor Targeting).
- GTM: Demonstrated knowledge of building and executing a scalable Go-to-Market strategy.
