Tentative Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and execute comprehensive brand strategies to drive business growth and increase market share.
- Development of all marketing plans and ensuring the implementation of effective marketing strategies.
- Brand development and improving brand recall for all products across all geographies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to launch new products, services, and campaigns that meet customer needs and expectations.
- Conduct market research, analyze data, and provide insights to inform marketing decisions.
- Manage budgets for multiple brands across various channels (ATL/BTL) to achieve desired results.
- Ensure effective communication of brand positioning, messaging, and key performance indicators (KPIs).
Desired Candidate Profile
- 10-18 years of experience in FMCG industry with expertise in brand management.
- MBA/PGDM degree from a reputed institution.
- Strong interpersonal, leadership, and communication skills
- Possess an in-depth knowledge and understanding of marketing.
- All media communication.
- Exposure and understanding of new concepts of Marketing
- Strong understanding of B2C/B2B markets, consumer behavior, and competitive landscape.
