We have been retained by a Start up Fintech company to search and submit proven Marketing Talent from the Fintech / Ecommerce industry to head the role of Marketing reporting to the founders of the company, who are seasoned professionals having created, nurtured start ups which is well known in the industry and have two decades experience in Finance and Wealth Management industry as well.
We are looking to hire a high-performing Marketing Manager with 6+ years of experience, to drive and support integrated marketing initiatives for a digital-first business operating at the intersection of fintech, insurance, and consumer tech.
The Marketing Manager will lead strategy and execution across the entire product and campaign lifecycle, while the associate will support on-ground execution, analytics, and content coordination. This is a great opportunity to build and scale marketing capabilities in a high-growth, tech-enabled environment.
The main industry focus would be: Fintech / BFSI / Digital Platforms / D2C / Insurance
Role Overview:
This is a leadership role within the marketing function, responsible for managing full-funnel product and brand marketing initiatives while guiding a junior resource. The ideal candidate brings a balanced skill set across strategic thinking, data-driven decision-making, and hands-on execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and lead marketing strategy across the product lifecycle-from go-to-market to maturity
- Design and execute integrated online and offline campaigns with clear KPIs
- Lead brand positioning, content frameworks, and MarCom strategy to ensure consistency across platforms
- Analyze marketing performance data to optimize ROI and inform future strategy
- Partner cross-functionally with product, engineering, analytics, and sales teams
- Maintain a strong understanding of P&L metrics, CAC, and LTV economics
- Mentor and manage the junior marketing associate to drive execution excellence
Qualifications:
- 6+ years of experience in marketing or product marketing, preferably in fintech, BFSI, D2C, or tech-first consumer companies
- PGDM/MBA from a Tier 2 B-School (TAPMI, IMT, SP Jain, NMIMS, or equivalent)
- Proficiency in marketing automation, analytics tools, and campaign management platforms
- Strong communication, leadership, and strategic thinking skills
Preference for those from Swiggy, Groww, Blinkit, Zerodha, Digit, Acko.
Since this organization is entering a highly potential business to address and educate the customers, Marketing plays a very vital role to showcase the benefits of the service offerings. Hence, there is a possibility of growing three X in first year of operation, where marketing would be the key to bring success.
Those drawing CTC less than 40 lakhs need not respond and a high package with attractive PLI will be offered for this role.
