Marketing Manager


About the Role:

We are looking for a strategic, creative, and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute integrated marketing campaigns that drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience across digital, offline, content, and performance marketing, with the ability to manage teams and work cross-functionally.

You'll own the planning, execution, and performance tracking of marketing initiatives and work closely with sales, product, design, and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging and customer acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

Marketing Strategy & Planning:

- Develop and implement short-term and long-term marketing strategies aligned with business goals.

- Own the marketing calendar and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital, ATL/BTL, and PR.

- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and audience insights.

Digital Marketing & Performance:

- Drive digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and paid campaigns.

- Manage agency relationships for performance marketing (Google Ads, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.

- Analyze marketing metrics and optimize campaigns to improve ROI and lead generation.

Brand Management & Content:

- Ensure consistent brand messaging across all platforms (website, print, digital, social).

- Oversee content creation for blogs, social media, emailers, product pages, and campaign creatives.

- Collaborate with the creative team for marketing assets, visual storytelling, and ad creatives.

Events, Partnerships & PR

- Plan and execute offline campaigns such as events, exhibitions, sponsorships, and brand activations.

- Build strategic partnerships and influencer collaborations to amplify brand reach.

- Liaise with PR agencies for media planning, press releases, and thought leadership initiatives.

Team & Budget Management:

- Lead and mentor a small team of marketing executives and interns.

- Manage marketing budgets efficiently and track campaign spending against performance metrics.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.

- 5-7 years of hands-on experience in marketing, preferably in consumer brands, e-commerce, SaaS, or retail.

- Proven ability to plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns end-to-end.

- Solid knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Analytics, Meta Business Manager, HubSpot, Mailchimp, SEMrush, etc.

- Strong content sensibility, eye for design, and attention to detail.

- Analytical mindset with experience in performance tracking and reporting.

- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

- Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and meet deadlines
