Objective:
Drive brand growth, visibility, and conversions across all e-commerce and quick-commerce platforms through strategic marketing, performance campaigns, and platform partnerships.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Marketplace Strategy & Growth
- Own marketing performance on Amazon, Flipkart, BigBasket, Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Minis, and other platforms.
- Plan monthly visibility, sales, and promotion calendars with platform account managers.
- Track KPIs: impressions, CTR, conversion rate, ROAS, and organic ranking.
2. Performance Marketing
- Run sponsored ads, display campaigns, and coupon offers to drive sales velocity.
- Analyze consumer behavior and optimize listings, images, and A+ content to maximize conversion.
3. Content & Merchandising
- Coordinate with creative and content teams for platform-specific content (banners, videos, hero images).
- Ensure SEO-optimized product descriptions and alignment with brand storytelling.
4. Q-commerce Expansion
- Build strong partnerships with Blinkit, Zepto, Swiggy Minis, etc.
- Execute rapid-turnaround campaigns aligned with festive sales, health, or period positivity themes.
5. Data & Insights
- Track platform analytics weekly; present insights on sales drivers, consumer trends, and product feedback.
- Work with supply chain to ensure right inventory levels across fast-moving SKUs.
Ideal Candidate:
- 2-5 years experience in E-commerce marketing, Q-commerce management, or D2C growth.
- Strong understanding of Amazon ads, Flipkart CPC, and Q-commerce campaign dashboards.
- Analytical mindset + creative understanding of consumer psychology.
- Bonus: Experience in personal care or FMCG category.
