Role Overview:

- We are looking for a driven and analytical Marketing Manager - Demand Generation to accelerate our lead generation and pipeline growth. You'll play a critical role in crafting and executing campaigns that engage enterprise buyers and convert them into qualified opportunities.

-This is a high-impact opportunity to build a modern B2B demand engine from scratch in a rapidly growing AI company.

Key Responsibilities:

- Design and implement demand generation strategies to drive top- and mid-funnel growth across BFSI, Retail, and Travel verticals.

- Run integrated campaigns using paid ads, ABM, email marketing, SEO, and webinars to generate MQLs and support sales pipeline targets.

- Partner with sales and revenue operations to align campaign goals with sales targets and ensure seamless lead handoff.

- Track performance using KPIs like CPL, MQL to SQL conversion, and campaign ROI; continuously test and optimize.

- Develop landing pages, email workflows, and nurture streams using tools like HubSpot or Marketo.

- Collaborate with the content and product teams to create targeted collateral and thought leadership assets.

Ideal Candidate:

- 5-7 years of B2B marketing experience, with a strong focus on demand generation.

- Hands-on experience building campaigns for US enterprise buyers.

- Proficient in marketing automation, CRM platforms, paid media tools, and analytics dashboards.

- Strong project management and data interpretation skills.

- Strategic mindset with a strong bias for execution in fast-paced environments.
