Responsibilities:
- Own and execute full-funnel performance campaigns on Meta platforms (Instagram & Facebook), with accountability for CAC, ROAS, and LTV metrics.
- Manage a scaled ad budget (35 Cr+ annually) efficiently with a strong focus on testing, learning, and scaling.
- Lead the creative testing roadmap with internal teams and agency partnersbringing science to the art of paid storytelling.
- Build robust attribution models, performance dashboards, and insight-driven strategies for continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with:
- Creative partners to develop scroll-stopping ad content
- Marketplace teams to drive cohesive customer journeys from ad to checkout on platforms like Amazon & Nykaa
- Proactively identify growth opportunities across audiences, formats, placements, and funnel stages.
Qualifications:
- 1-4 years of performance marketing experience, preferably in D2C or high-growth consumer brands.
- Proven expertise in Meta/Instagram advertising - must have handled budgets of 35 Cr+ per annum.
- Strong analytical mindset with high proficiency in metrics, dashboards, A/B testing, and performance loops.
- Demonstrated ability to work across teams and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Self-starter with high drive, problem-solving ability, and learning agility.
- Prior experience in beauty or skincare is a strong plus, but not mandatory
