Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy s Development: - Collaborate with agencies to design and implement brand-building strategies that strengthen awareness, equity, and positioning. BTL Campaigns s Activations: - Plan, execute, and evaluate on-ground activations, sponsorships, and promotions, ensuring consumer relevance and brand alignment. New Product Development (NPD): - Support NPD initiatives through product positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch campaigns, driving adoption and visibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand programs. Agency s Vendor Management: - Manage creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines. Performance Tracking s Insights: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and ROI. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Brand Communication: - Ensure consistency of brand tone, design, and messaging across all communication platforms.
