Our client, a leading player in the Food & Snack FMCG sector, is looking for a dynamic and creative Brand Marketing & Communications Specialist to drive brand-building initiatives, product launches, and consumer engagement campaigns.
This role is ideal for someone who loves bringing brands to life through BTL activations, NPD launches, and cross-functional collaboration combining creativity with strong execution.
Experience: 7-10 years (with 45 years in Food & Snacks FMCG)
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead brand strategy and development initiatives to strengthen awareness and positioning.
- Plan and execute BTL campaigns, sponsorships, and brand activations.
- Support new product launches through go-to-market planning and consumer engagement.
- Collaborate closely with sales, trade marketing, and operations teams for seamless execution.
- Manage creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver on-time, high-impact campaigns.
- Track and analyze campaign performance, ROI, and consumer insights to optimize outcomes.
- Ensure consistency in brand messaging and tone across all platforms.
What Were Looking For:
- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, or Business (Masters preferred).
- 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing or communications, with FMCG exposure (Food & Snacks).
- Proven success in managing BTL campaigns and NPD launches.
- Strong project management, analytical, and stakeholder engagement skills.
- A creative and strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
