The role involves managing BTL campaigns, brand activations, and New Product Development (NPD) launches in collaboration with agencies and cross-functional teams. The specialist will play a key role in enhancing brand visibility, equity, and consumer engagement, while ensuring campaigns are executed on time, within budget, and aligned to business objectives. Key Responsibilities Brand Strategy s Development: - Collaborate with agencies to design and implement brand-building strategies that strengthen awareness, equity, and positioning. BTL Campaigns s Activations: - Plan, execute, and evaluate on-ground activations, sponsorships, and promotions, ensuring consumer relevance and brand alignment. New Product Development (NPD): - Support NPD initiatives through product positioning, go-to-market planning, and launch campaigns, driving adoption and visibility. Cross-functional Collaboration: - Work closely with sales, trade marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of brand programs. Agency s Vendor Management: - Manage creative, digital, and media agencies to deliver high-quality outputs within agreed timelines. Performance Tracking s Insights: - Monitor and analyze campaign performance, consumer insights, and ROI. Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for management review. Brand Communication: - Ensure consistency of brand tone, design, and messaging across all communication platforms. Requirements: - Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, Business, or related field (Masters degree preferred). - 7-10 years of experience in brand marketing, communications, or BTL/trade marketing. Having worked in the Food & Snack Business (FMCG) for at least 4-5 years. - Proven success in managing end-to-end campaigns, activations, and NPD launches. - Strong knowledge of brand building, consumer insights, and BTL strategies. - Excellent project management, analytical, and stakeholder management skills. - Creative thinker with strong communication and presentation abilities. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment managing multiple projects simultaneously.
