We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead and execute B2B marketing initiatives end-to-end. This role requires someone who can not only ideate but also execute, measure, and optimize campaigns across multiple channels. You will work closely with leadership and play a key role in shaping the company's brand presence, demand generation, and customer engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan, execute, and optimize integrated B2B marketing campaigns across digital, social, and offline channels.

- Build, manage, and measure end-to-end campaigns - from concept and content creation to delivery, analysis, and optimization.

- Develop and execute content strategies that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

- Manage performance marketing campaigns on platforms like LinkedIn Ads and Google Ads to drive ROI.

- Create compelling sales and marketing collaterals including decks, case studies, and landing pages.

- Collaborate with product, sales, and leadership teams to align marketing initiatives with business objectives.

- Leverage tools like HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, Canva, Notion, and Google Suite for campaign management and reporting.

- Analyze campaign performance data, generate insights, and drive continuous improvement.

- Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and emerging marketing tools to innovate and maintain a competitive edge.

Qualifications & Skills:

- 3-5 years of hands-on B2B marketing execution, ideally in SaaS, HRTech, Consulting, or EdTech sectors.

- Proven track record of running end-to-end campaigns - ideation, execution, measurement, and optimization.

- Proficiency in marketing tools and platforms such as HubSpot, Canva, Notion, LinkedIn Ads, ChatGPT, and Google Suite.

- Experience in multi-vertical campaign operations or working with service organizations (preferred).

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret campaign data and derive actionable insights.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

- Self-driven, detail-oriented, and able to thrive in a fast-paced, high-ownership environment.
