About the Role: - We're looking for a results-driven Marketing Manager to lead high-impact, full-funnel marketing initiatives that drive brand visibility, engagement, and pipeline growth. You'll own organic marketing, lead-generation campaigns, event strategy (industry + in-house), and product storytelling across digital channels. - This role blends strategy with execution-managing SEO, LinkedIn, email nurturing, co-marketing, and customer advocacy-while working closely with product, sales, and design teams. Key responsibilities: - Organic Marketing - Own the strategy and execution of SEO, website content, blogs, and other non-paid digital initiatives. Optimize user journeys and drive traffic through keyword research, content planning, and performance tracking. - Events (Industry Participation and Organizing Own) - Identify and evaluate relevant industry events, trade shows, and conferences for brand presence. Coordinate booth design, collateral, speaking opportunities, and lead capture efforts. Plan and execute webinars, roundtables, and proprietary events to engage prospects and customers .Manage end-to-end logistics, content creation, speaker coordination, and post-event lead nurturing. - Cold Outreach & Email Nurturing- Develop outreach strategies in collaboration with sales using targeted email sequences. Design and automate drip campaigns for lead nurturing based on user behavior and funnel stage. - LinkedIn Campaigns (Paid & Organic) - Manage organic and paid campaigns to drive engagement, leads, and brand visibility. Monitor performance, experiment with ad formats, and optimize targeting for maximum ROI. - Product Marketing Campaigns - Launch and promote product modules and updates through customer-centric campaigns. Collaborate with product and sales teams to craft messaging, value propositions, and GTM plans. - Testimonials, Case Studies, Social Proof - Work with customers and account managers to create high-impact case studies, video testimonials, and reviews. Distribute assets across digital channels to build credibility and trust. - Co-marketing & Partnerships - Identify and activate marketing partnerships with industry players and ecosystem partners. Plan joint webinars, content pieces, and campaigns to tap into new audiences. - Internal Enablement - Create marketing collateral, pitch decks, and battlecards for sales and customer success teams. Conduct training sessions to ensure consistent messaging and product understanding across teams. - Video & Multimedia Assets - Drive the creation of high-quality videos, animations, and visual assets for campaigns, product explainers, and brand storytelling. Coordinate with design teams or agencies to ensure timely production and alignment with messaging. Preferred qualifications: - Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field. - MBA or PGDM in Marketing / Digital Marketing is a strong plus. - 5-7 years of overall experience in B2B marketing, with at least 3+ years in a SaaS or technology-driven environment. Experience in B2B marketing to Indian enterprise customers is desired. - Hands-on experience with marketing automation/CRM tools like HubSpot, Marketo, Zoho CRM, or similar. - Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, paid media, and email marketing best practices. - Proficiency in using analytics tools like Google Analytics, Hotjar, or Tableau to track campaign performance. - Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe Suite, or Figma for content/collateral creation (preferred but not mandatory).
