Job Description:
- Drive sales through BTL activities such as activations, roadshows, kiosks, mall promotions, and in-store branding
- Coordinate with the sales team to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
- Identify new locations, partners, and opportunities for offline sales growth
- Track leads and conversions generated through BTL campaigns
BTL Marketing & Campaign Execution:
- Plan and execute on-ground marketing campaigns (product launches, sampling, promotions)
- Manage promoters, brand ambassadors, and field teams
- Ensure brand visibility and correct brand communication at all activation points
- Monitor campaign performance and share post-activity reports
Operations Management:
- Handle end-to-end operational planning for BTL campaigns
- Coordinate with vendors for printing, fabrication, logistics, and manpower
- Manage inventory, POSM materials, and campaign budgets
- Ensure timely execution and cost optimization
