Job Summary
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Marketing Manager to lead the planning, execution, and optimization of our marketing strategies.
The Marketing Manager will be responsible for building brand awareness, generating qualified leads, and driving customer engagement across digital and offline channels.
This role requires both strategic thinking and hands-on execution.
- Develop and implement integrated marketing strategies to support business objectives.
- Plan and manage campaigns across digital, social media, email, SEO/SEM, and offline channels.
- Oversee content creation, branding, and communication to ensure consistent messaging.
- Conduct market research, competitor analysis, and customer insights to guide strategy.
- Manage lead generation campaigns in collaboration with the sales team.
- Track marketing performance metrics (ROI, CAC, lead quality, conversion rates).
- Manage budgets, vendors, and agency relationships effectively.
- Organize events, webinars, and promotional activities to strengthen brand presence.
- Drive PR initiatives and media relations (where applicable).
- Mentor and manage a marketing team, ensuring alignment with company goals.
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Analytics, SEO/SEM, social media platforms, HubSpot, etc.
- Excellent communication, storytelling, and brand positioning skills.
- Strong analytical mindset with ability to interpret data and optimize campaigns.
- Experience managing budgets, agencies, and cross-functional teams.
- Creativity, adaptability, and results-oriented approach.
