Job Description:
Key Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with overall business objectives. Identify market trends, consumer needs, and competitor activities to inform strategic decisions.
- Brand Management: Build and maintain a strong brand identity across all channels. Ensure brand consistency and messaging in all marketing communications.
- Digital Marketing: Oversee the planning and execution of digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and content creation. Stay abreast of digital marketing trends and technologies to maximize online presence.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and measure the effectiveness of multi-channel marketing campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to optimize future initiatives and ROI.
- Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a team of marketing professionals. Foster a collaborative
and innovative work environment, providing guidance, mentorship, and support for team members.
- Budget Management: Develop and manage marketing budgets effectively, ensuring the efficient allocation of resources to achieve maximum impact.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify opportunities and threats. Use data-driven insights to inform marketing strategies and adapt to changing market conditions.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including sales, supply-chain, product development, and customer support, to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Analytics and Reporting: Implement robust analytics and reporting systems to track key performance indicators (KPIs). Regularly provide insights and reports to senior management on marketing performance and areas for improvement.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience of minimum 8 to 15 years in a marketing management role.
- Strong understanding of traditional and digital marketing channels
