Marketing Lead - Radiology

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Develop an integrated marketing strategy and roadmap for the entire Radiology portfolio (Contrast Media & Fluid Delivery/Disposables & Integrated/Digital Solutions) as well as overseeing the marketing activities within India.

2. Responsible for the development and implementation of strategies and action plans to drive revenue and profitability growth in India (including creation of new business models, new pricing options/strategies and BD options to grow the business)

3. Develop new products launches plans, maintain pricing, label expansion, in-licensed products strategy, and special growth projects, including new integrated approach (accomplished through effective collaboration with local RA, Medical and SCM teams).

4. Support the Country Head in the Transformation of RAD India towards being the Solutions Provider (Disease Management/Integrated Solutions), which enables customer focused, agile and end to end solutions designed specific to customers and shape the way we engage with our customers (that enhances their experience and drive better health outcomes).

5. Develop digital activation and implement strategies to drive sales excellence throughout the sales team by developing, planning and executing digital activation plans to increase market coverage and target customer engagement utilizing CRM, and emerging digital channels.

SCOPE :

1. AOP: Own and execute the short- and long-term brand plan for the entire portfolio.


2. Resource Allocation: Determine optimal resource allocation across brands to maximize overall brand performance and achieve strategic objectives.

3. Sales Team Alignment: Effectively communicate roadmaps to sales teams, ensuring full understanding and implementation to drive sales success.

4. Customer Feedback Integration: Develop mechanisms to incorporate valuable feedback and requirements from customers and opinion leaders, as shared by the field team.

5. Performance Goals: Oversee the execution of brand strategies across functional departments to ensure that both top-line sales goals and bottom-line profit goals are met.

6. Regulatory Collaboration: Collaborate with the local regulatory team to drive efficient regulatory release, product permissions, and market access.

7. Successful Product Launches: Lead the marketing team to ensure successful product launches that meet the specific needs of the commercial market.

8. Business Model Innovation: Continuously explore and develop new business models in collaboration with the local sales team, providing support for their successful execution.

9. Digital Engagement: Develop and implement effective digital marketing strategies to engage with customers, drive brand awareness, and support sales efforts.

10. Market Intelligence: Conduct ongoing market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences.

11. Product Roadmap: Manage and coach product manager to develop and communicate a clear modality roadmap aligned with the long-term strategy of becoming the leading Solution Provider.
