What Youll Do:
- Lead brand strategy & positioning, ensuring a strong identity across touchpoints.
- Conceptualize and execute integrated marketing campaigns (digital, ATL, BTL) for product launches, festivals, and brand milestones.
- Drive digital-first growth through performance marketing, SEO/SEM, social media, influencer partnerships, and e-commerce campaigns.
- Partner with retail & visual merchandising teams to boost footfalls, in-store activations, and localized marketing.
- Leverage consumer insights & analytics to craft personalized communication and improve ROI.
- Manage marketing budgets & ROI tracking across channels and agencies.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams & external partners to deliver high-impact campaigns.
- Mentor and inspire a diverse marketing team to drive creativity and performance.
What Were Looking For:
- 8-10 years of marketing experience (product + communications) in retail, lifestyle, fashion, or FMCG industries.
- Strong knowledge of brand building, ATL/BTL media, digital & social media, content, and influencer marketing.
- Business-savvy with an entrepreneurial drive and ability to think big while executing with precision.
- Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Passionate about brands, categories, and products with a consumer-first mindset
