We are looking for a creative and execution-driven Marketing Lead Events to own and scale our global events and podcast marketing initiatives.

This role has end-to-end ownership of physical and virtual eventsfrom strategy and planning to execution, lead generation, and ROI tracking.

You will play a key role in driving brand visibility, audience engagement, and measurable business impact across multiple countries, leveraging AI tools for smarter promotion, engagement, and analytics.

Key Responsibilities:


- Own and manage the complete events calendar (trade shows, webinars, workshops, symposiums, exhibitions).


- Plan and execute events aligned with marketing and sales objectives.


- Build and manage the companys podcast program (guests, content, recording, distribution).


- Develop annual event budgets and track ROI per event.


- Conceptualize event agendas, campaigns, and messaging for products & services.


- Engage KOLs, partners, and associations for co-hosted or sponsored events.


- Negotiate vendor contracts, sponsorships, and booth setups for major global expos (MEDICA, FIME, AOICON, ISHACON, etc.


- Manage pre-event, on-site, and post-event execution end-to-end.


- Leverage AI tools for email campaigns, social promotions, attendee targeting, and analytics.


- Collaborate with Content, Design, Social Media, Website, SEO, and Supply Chain teams.


- Oversee lead capture, CRM workflows, and post-event follow-ups.


- Track KPIs: attendance, leads, CPL, conversions, and ROI.


- Deliver detailed post-event reports and continuously optimize formats and partnerships.

Skills & Experience:


- Proven experience in B2B event marketing (medical, tech, or healthcare preferred).


- Strong understanding of lead funnel management & event-to-sales integration.


- Excellent vendor management, negotiation, and multitasking skills.


- Data-driven mindset with strong ROI and performance tracking ability.


- Creative, detail-oriented, and execution-focused.


- Hands-on experience using AI tools for marketing, content, and analytics.
