Role Overview:
As the Marketing Lead, you will be responsible for shaping the brand's positioning and driving its growth in the Indian market.
You will own end-to-end marketing across brand, digital, content, and retail channels-building awareness, driving demand, and enabling strong consumer conversions.
This is a leadership role where you'll balance creative storytelling with data-backed performance, while building and mentoring a high-performing marketing team.
Job Description:
- Define and execute the brand strategy and visual identity tailored for Indian consumers.
- Lead integrated campaigns across ATL, digital, social, PR, and experiential touchpoints.
- Own the full-funnel digital strategy (SEO/SEM, paid media, social, CRM, website).
- Track and optimize performance metrics (CAC, ROAS, LTV, retention).
- Drive content strategy - social storytelling, video, influencer partnerships, editorial.
- Lead PR, events, and trade/community partnerships.
- Create omnichannel retail marketing strategies to drive studio/experience center conversions.
- Manage marketing budgets with sharp focus on ROI.
- Build, coach, and scale a high-performing marketing team.
Job Requirements/Mandatory Skills:
- 5+ years of experience in brand/consumer marketing, ideally in D2C.
- Strong exposure to digital and content marketing; performance/growth experience is a plus.
- Prior work with lifestyle, interiors, luxury, or design-led brands preferred.
- Strong creative sensibility with data-backed decision-making.
- Ability to lead cross-functional teams in a fast-growth setup.
