Role: Marketing Lead / Marketing Head
Role Overview
We are seeking a seasoned, full-stack marketing leader to design, lead, and scale our marketing function. You will craft strategic direction, drive brand growth, demand generation, customer acquisition & retention, and build a high-performing marketing team. You'll collaborate across product, sales, operations, and executive leadership to drive growth, expand market presence, and maximize return on marketing investment.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy & Planning
- Develop a 3- to 5-year marketing roadmap aligned with overall business strategy.
- Own brand positioning, messaging, and value proposition across markets.
- Market research, competitive analysis, customer segmentation, and insight generation.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Lead demand generation across digital (SEM, SEO, paid social, display), content, email, affiliate, partnerships.
- Plan and execute full-funnel campaigns (awareness - consideration - conversion - retention).
- Set targets (leads, MQL, SQL, CAC, LTV) and drive performance toward them.
Product / Launch Marketing
- Work with product management/teams to launch new offerings, features, modules.
- Define go-to-market plans, positioning, pricing, packaging, and campaigns.
Brand & Communications
- Manage brand identity, visual guidelines, tone & voice.
- Oversee PR, corporate communications, thought leadership content, and external agency relationships.
- Build the internal marketing narrative (employee communications, internal branding).
Data, Analytics & ROI
- Define and own key marketing metrics (CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROI by channel).
- Implement attribution models, dashboards, reporting cadence.
- Budget planning, allocation, forecasting, and optimization.
Team Leadership & Capability Building
- Mentor, and lead marketing sub-teams (e.g. digital, content, performance, events).
- Define roles, processes, OKRs, workflows.
- Promote a culture of experimentation, learning, and accountability.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Work closely with sales, operations, product, customer success to ensure alignment.
- Provide marketing input into sales enablement, customer journeys, retention strategies.
- Partner with finance, legal, etc. as needed for budgets, contracts, compliance.
International / Multi-market Execution
- Localize campaigns, messaging, positioning for different geographies or markets.
- Manage regional marketing teams or vendors, ensure consistent brand execution globally.

- Marketing automation: HubSpot, Mailchimp
- Analytics: Google Analytics 4
- Ad platforms: Google Ads, Facebook / Meta, programmatic networks.
- SEO & SEM tools: Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, etc.
- CRM & lead management: Zoho, Oracle, Salesforce or equivalents.
- Content management tools, email marketing, social media management tools.
- Project management, A/B testing, conversion optimization tools
