You will own and drive the overall marketing strategy, team leadership, and execution across brand, performance, content, and product marketing. This is a senior leadership role that requires deep B2B SaaS experience, strategic thinking, and hands-on execution capabilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Marketing Strategy & Leadership
- Develop and execute a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business goals.
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing marketing team.
Demand Generation & Growth
- Own the inbound and outbound marketing funnel to drive qualified leads.
- Implement performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, email, etc.).
- Optimize CAC, ROI, and conversion metrics.
Product Marketing & Positioning
- Develop compelling product positioning and messaging.
- Enable sales with effective collateral, battle cards, and value propositions.
- Conduct competitive and customer research to inform strategy.
Brand & Content Marketing
- Lead brand development, PR, events, and thought leadership.
- Drive the content marketing engine (blogs, whitepapers, case studies, videos, etc.).
Digital & Web Presence
- Oversee SEO/SEM, website management, and marketing automation tools (HubSpot/Marketo/etc.).
- Monitor and improve digital performance analytics and KPIs.
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work closely with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to align GTM strategies.
- Partner with leadership to shape overall company growth and vision.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- 10+ years of marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a leadership role at a B2B SaaS company.
- Proven track record of scaling marketing functions and generating high-quality leads.
- Strong understanding of the SaaS buyer journey and sales cycle.
- Hands-on experience with digital marketing, CRM, and automation tools.
- Analytical mindset with data-driven decision-making.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.
- Bachelor's/Master's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Must Have:
- Startup Experience
- Familiarity with PLG (Product-Led Marketing) strategies.
