5) Cross-Functional Leadership: Collaborate closely with Product, Tech, Operations, and Design to craft frictionless user journeys.
6) Data First, Always: Analyze performance metrics with tools like Amplitude, GA, Braze, and Excel/SQL to inform decisions and scale wins.
- MBA/PGDM from IIM, XLRI, ISB, or top-tier institute
- 2-4 years of experience in growth marketing, product marketing, or digital performance, preferably in a consumer tech or mobility startup
- A perfect blend of creative intuition and analytical horsepower
- Proficient with platforms like Google Ads, Meta, CRM tools (Braze, Clevertap), and data tools (Amplitude, Looker, or SQL-based dashboards)
