About The Role:
- We are seeking a Marketing Lead who blends strategic thinking with creative execution, someone who has built and scaled brands from the ground up, yet also understands the rigor and processes of brand building.
- You will work closely with the Founder to define brand direction, lead marketing strategy across channels, and build a team that delivers measurable impact on awareness, engagement, and performance.
Key Responsibilities:
- Creative Strategy & Campaign Leadership: Define and lead 360- brand and marketing campaigns from large-scale productions to high-frequency, fast-paced digital creatives across customer touchpoints.
- Performance Creative Oversight: Drive the creative side of performance marketing, ensuring digital assets (reels, statics, videos) are fresh, high-performing, and on-brand.
- Content Production Management: Oversee in-house brand media and production teams to deliver a steady pipeline of short-format and mid-production brand films content that's engaging and culturally relevant.
- Digital Creative Operations: Manage an in-house digital creative agency setup, ensuring agile execution of multiple creatives across platforms.
- Social Media & Owned Channels: Scale the brand's social presence across Instagram, YouTube, and emerging platforms through engaging, community-driven content.
- Campaign & Calendar Planning: Lead the planning and execution of brand, seasonal, cultural, and product launch campaigns aligned to key business moments.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with performance marketing, product, and retail teams to ensure creative alignment across touchpoints.
- Team Leadership: Build and guide creative, media, and digital teams with a culture of speed, innovation, and brand consistency.
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- 9-12 years of experience in brand management and marketing leadership.
- Proven exposure to legacy FMCG / beauty / personal care brands and growth-stage or D2C brands.
- Strong understanding of consumer brand building, digital marketing ecosystems, and omnichannel strategy.
- Hands-on with both strategy and execution; entrepreneurial, analytical, and creative in equal measure.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills; able to work closely with founders and senior leadership.
