Role Objective:
To lead the end-to-end category marketing strategy and drive sustainable growth for the Staples portfolio nationally through strong brand building, innovation, pricing excellence, and integrated marketing execution.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop long-term Category & Brand Strategy
- Drive Brand Positioning and Equity Building initiatives
- Lead New Product Development (NPD) & portfolio expansion
- Own Pricing Strategy and Margin optimization
- Plan & execute 360- Marketing campaigns (ATL, BTL & Digital)
- Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain & Leadership for GTM execution
- Monitor performance metrics, consumer insights & ROI tracking
- Manage agency partnerships and cross-functional stakeholders
Candidate Profile:
- 10-15 years of FMCG marketing experience
- Mandatory experience in Food / Staples category.
- Strong exposure to ATL-led brand building
- Experience in scaling regional brands to national presence preferred
- Strong strategic thinking with strong execution capability
- MBA from a reputed institute preferred
