Role Overview
We are looking for a B2B Marketing Lead to own demand generation, pipeline growth, and go-to-market execution for an agentic AI platform. The role will work closely with sales, product, and leadership to build predictable inbound and outbound growth and scale the marketing function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own end-to-end demand generation across inbound and outbound channels
- Build and execute pipeline-focused marketing programs aligned with sales goals
- Lead GTM strategy for new products, features, and enterprise use cases
- Drive account-based marketing (ABM) for mid-market and enterprise customers
- Manage performance marketing, content, events, partnerships, and lifecycle campaigns
- Define and track key metrics such as MQLs, SQLs, CAC, pipeline contribution, and ROI
- Work closely with sales to improve lead quality, conversion, and deal velocity
- Build, mentor, and manage a high-performing marketing team
- Collaborate with product teams on messaging, positioning, and launch plans
- Manage agency and vendor relationships where required
Requirements:
- 8-12 years of B2B marketing experience in SaaS, AI, or enterprise technology
- Strong experience in demand generation and pipeline ownership
- Experience working with sales-led or hybrid GTM models
- Hands-on understanding of ABM, marketing automation, CRM, and analytics
- Experience building and leading marketing teams
- Ability to operate in a fast-moving, early-stage or growth-stage environment-
- Clear communication and stakeholder management skills
Nice to Have:
- Experience marketing AI, developer tools, or deep-tech products
- Exposure to enterprise or global markets
- Prior experience in scaling a marketing function from early to growth stage
