Role Overview
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced marketing professional to lead and execute our marketing and digital communication strategy. The role is a leadership position with the opportunity to build and lead the marketing team over time. The ideal candidate will bring strong digital acumen, mutual fund industry knowledge, and the ability to drive brand visibility, investor engagement, and content-led communication.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Marketing:
- Develop and implement a holistic marketing strategy aligned with business objectives.
- Position the company as a differentiated and trusted AMC brand in the industry.
Digital Marketing:
- Lead performance marketing, SEO/SEM, Google Ads, email campaigns, and marketing automation.
- Drive website traffic, digital investor engagement, and lead generation through digital channels.
- Manage the corporate website - content, UX, performance metrics.
Social Media Management:
- Develop and manage the firm's presence on LinkedIn, Twitter, YouTube, and other platforms.
- Plan and execute social media campaigns, including product launches, thought leadership, and investor awareness.
- Monitor social media analytics and engagement.
Content Marketing:
- Create and oversee high-quality, investor-friendly content including blogs, newsletters, infographics, video scripts, and presentations.
- Work closely with investment and sales teams to translate complex concepts into clear communication.
Design & Visual Communication:
- Supervise graphic design work for marketing collaterals, product brochures, presentations, and digital creatives.
- Ensure brand consistency and adherence to visual identity guidelines.
Team Leadership:
- Build and lead a high-performing marketing team over time.
- Manage external vendors/agencies for content, design, and digital media.
Key Requirements
- 7-10 years of relevant marketing experience in the mutual fund or AMC space.
- Strong exposure to digital marketing, social media, and content strategy.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using tools like Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), etc.
- Experience in team building and leadership (preferred but not mandatory from Day 1).
- Creative, analytical, and self-driven with the ability to work in a dynamic environment.
