Youll own the full funnel from storytelling to sales and play a pivotal role in scaling HIRA to 100Cr ARR in 12 months. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Own the Brand Narrative: Drive top-of-mind recall across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels, ensuring that HIRAs brand message resonates with the target audience. - Lead Performance Marketing: Adopt a creative and data-first approach to optimise customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and new user growth. Develop strategies that balance creativity with analytical precision. - Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Build and launch campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. Tailor each campaign to its medium for maximum impact and reach. - Oversee Content and Creative Teams: Lead content, creative, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media efforts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints. - Utilise Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product positioning, packaging, and communication strategies. Align these elements to meet consumer needs and enhance brand appeal. - Manage Stakeholders: Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams to focus on delivering tangible outcomes rather than just outputs.
