SUMMARY:

Were looking for a bold, strategic, and insight-obsessed Marketing Head to lead brand, content, and performance marketing for HIRA, Indias first clean, long-lasting fragrance brand. Youll own the full funnel from storytelling to sales and play a pivotal role in scaling HIRA to 100Cr ARR in 12 months.


RESPONSIBILITIES:


- Own the Brand Narrative: Drive top-of-mind recall across direct-to-consumer (D2C) and marketplace channels, ensuring that HIRAs brand message resonates with the target audience.


- Lead Performance Marketing: Adopt a creative and data-first approach to optimise customer acquisition cost (CAC), return on ad spend (ROAS), and new user growth. Develop strategies that balance creativity with analytical precision.


- Execute High-Impact Campaigns: Build and launch campaigns across digital, influencer, and experiential platforms. Tailor each campaign to its medium for maximum impact and reach.


- Oversee Content and Creative Teams: Lead content, creative, customer relationship management (CRM), and social media efforts, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand presence across all customer touchpoints.


- Utilise Consumer Insights: Leverage consumer insights and market trends to inform product positioning, packaging, and communication strategies. Align these elements to meet consumer needs and enhance brand appeal.


- Manage Stakeholders: Coordinate with agencies, creators, and internal teams to focus on delivering tangible outcomes rather than just outputs. Ensure alignment and collaboration across all marketing activities.


- Collaborate with Key Teams: Work closely with founders, product, and revenue teams to ensure that marketing strategies are effectively driving business growth and achieving organisational goals.


WHAT WERE LOOKING FOR:


- Experience: 610 years in consumer marketing, ideally within beauty, lifestyle, or D2C sectors. A history of successfully leading marketing efforts in these areas is crucial.


- Audience Insight: Profound understanding of Gen Z and millennial psychology, as well as their content consumption habits. The ability to connect and engage with these audiences is essential.


- Track Record: Demonstrated success in simultaneously scaling brand awareness, building community, and enhancing performance marketing.


- Technical Skills: Proficiency with performance platforms such as Meta and Google, along with with expertise in creator marketing and customer relationship management (CRM).


- Creativity and Initiative: A relentlessly creative mindset combined with a strong bias for action and experimentation. The ability to innovate and adapt quickly is vital.


- Cultural Awareness: Keen awareness of cultural trends, platform formats, and a strong sense of aesthetic detail. Understanding how these elements influence marketing strategies is important.


- Entrepreneurial Spirit: Comfortable with building from scratch (0 1) and navigating uncertainty with confidence. A self-starter who thrives in dynamic environments.
