We are currently hiring for a food company brand (in the D2C segment) that believes in the innovation of delivering food products in its fresh form. They started their food journey with a wide range of Indian and exotic spices. Raw materials are being procured from various parts of the country in order to give an authentic touch to all spices.

Core Skills & Requirements:

1. Deep understanding of brand strategy, positioning, and communication - able to shape a strong, differentiated brand identity for modern Indian consumers.

2. Proven experience in D2C marketing and brand building - website, e-commerce marketplaces, and digital campaigns.

3. Expertise in integrated marketing across digital, influencer, retail, and offline activations.

4. Strong storytelling and creative judgment - guiding content, visuals, and messaging across platforms.

5. Ability to translate consumer insights and data into impactful marketing actions.

6. Strategic yet hands-on - balancing long-term brand growth with short-term execution.

7. Collaborative and cross-functional mindset - comfortable working closely with growth, product, and sales teams.

8. Experience in FMCG / food & beverage / D2C brands preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

Branding & Communication:

- Define and evolve Cos brand positioning, tone, and communication architecture across all touchpoints - packaging, digital, retail, and offline activations.

- Lead brand storytelling, visual direction, and campaign messaging to reinforce its values quality, innovation, and the modern Indian kitchen.

- Ensure creative consistency across all platforms - website, social media, marketplace content, and offline assets.

Marketing & Strategy:

- Own the monthly and quarterly marketing calendar - integrating digital, influencer, retail, and offline campaigns.

- Lead the go-to-market (GTM) planning for new category and product launches with strong positioning and communication strategies.

- Collaborate with the Growth team on performance and retention initiatives to maintain brand consistency.

- Work closely with the top management on brand growth, new category launches, and overall marketing direction.

- Drive consumer insight-based marketing initiatives and track campaign performance to ensure continuous improvement.

Integrated Campaigns & Execution:

- Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns combining influencer marketing, digital engagement, and offline activations.

- Manage agency relationships - creative, media, and PR to deliver best-in-class brand work.

- Oversee campaign execution quality, timelines, and budgets to ensure impactful delivery.
