About:
- Define and execute a future-ready marketing roadmap for Animal Feed business, aligned with long-term growth objectives.
- Ensure optimal allocation of marketing budgets to deliver maximum impact across ATL, BTL, and digital channels.
- Lead in-depth market and competitor analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and potential risks.
- Build strong, differentiated brand positioning supported by consistent messaging and a unified customer experience.
- Create impactful narratives that connect with diverse stakeholders - from smallholder farmers to large-scale aquaculture operators.
- Oversee execution of high-impact campaigns across digital, traditional, and on-ground activation platforms.
- Drive product pipeline ideation with cross-functional teams to address market gaps and strengthen offerings.
- Lead, mentor, and empower a high-performing marketing team with a culture of innovation and accountability.
- Partner with sales and strategic teams to co-create demand generation, product launch, and trade marketing programs.

Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Agriculture Sciences, or a related field is preferred
- A Master's degree or MBA in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline is strongly preferred.
