Key Responsibilities :
Marketing Strategy & Execution
- Develop and execute a marketing & branding strategy.
- Lead multi-channel marketing initiatives, including social media, content marketing, email campaigns, SEO, and paid ads.
- Plan and oversee offline marketing efforts, including roundtables, webinars, and newspaper ads.
Social Media & Content Marketing
- Create and manage engaging content for LinkedIn and Instagram to increase followers and engagement.
- Publish blogs, case studies, and whitepapers to position the company as a thought leader.
- Conceptualize and design eye-catching creatives (static posts, carousels, and short videos) for social media and ad campaigns.
Lead Generation & Campaign Management
- Design and implement LinkedIn and Google ad campaigns to generate high-quality leads.
- Measure and optimize campaign performance to achieve conversion goals.
Events & Offline Marketing
- Plan and execute 3 roundtables and 4 webinars annually to engage TA leaders and decision makers.
- Manage newspaper ad placements and track their impact.
Creative Design & Branding
- Oversee the creation of all marketing collateral, including brochures, banners, email templates, and website assets.
- Ensure brand consistency across all digital and offline touchpoints.
Performance Analysis & Reporting
- Track key marketing metrics, including social media growth, lead generation, and campaign ROI.
- Prepare monthly and quarterly reports on marketing performance for leadership review.
Qualifications & Skills :
- Education: Masters degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Graphic Design, or a related field.
- Experience: 38 years of B2B marketing experience, preferably in recruitment or professional services.
- Design Skills: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Canva, or similar.
- Proven expertise in social media management, content marketing, and lead generation campaigns.
- Strong understanding of SEO, Google Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
- Experience organizing webinars, roundtables, or similar events.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Data-driven mindset with proficiency in related tools like and marketing automation platforms.
