Marketing Head OTC Business (Delhi)
We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Head to lead the Over-the-Counter (OTC) business. Based in Delhi, this role requires a strong background in marketing with proven expertise in developing and executing successful strategies for consumer healthcare or FMCG products. The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand growth, market penetration, and consumer engagement while managing end-to-end marketing activities for the OTC portfolio.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute marketing strategies for the OTC business, aligned with overall business goals.
- Lead the creation and implementation of brand positioning, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and promotional campaigns to increase market share.
- Oversee product lifecycle management including new product launches, market expansion, and innovation for the OTC product portfolio.
- Drive consumer insights and market research to identify trends, consumer needs, and the competitive landscape, translating them into actionable marketing plans.
- Collaborate with sales, R&D, and operations teams to ensure cohesive strategies and alignment across departments.
- Manage and optimize marketing budgets, ensuring cost-effective strategies to maximize ROI.
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders including customers, partners, and external agencies to drive marketing initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and KPIs to assess the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and mentor the marketing team, ensuring high performance and professional growth.
Key Requirements:
- 10 to 14 years of marketing experience, with a strong background in OTC, FMCG, or consumer healthcare industries.
- MBA + Engineering background preferred, with a focus on candidates from top-tier B-schools.
- Demonstrated success in brand management, product strategy, and GTM execution.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and logical reasoning skills.
